All Hands Together To Create The Future!
The BLIS Olympics is designed to foster a sense of community, teamwork, and sportsmanship among our students, in alignment with the principles of the Primary Years Programme (PYP). Through friendly competition in basketball, football, and running races, we aim to cultivate essential learner profiles such as caring, communicators, and risk-takers.
This event is an opportunity for students to build friendships, demonstrate team solidarity, and engage in physical activity that promotes both personal and collective well-being. By working together towards common goals, students will develop a deeper understanding of collaboration, empathy, and respect for others.
Our tournament not only celebrates athletic skill but also emphasizes the importance of fair play and mutual respect, ensuring that every participant feels valued and included. We believe that through sports, students can strengthen their bonds with one another, learn important life lessons, and embody the values that are at the heart of the PYP.
